Daily Don't: Shoe Hats

Or is it hat shoes? I'm not sure. Anyway, I'm not quite sure where this trend comes from, but boy howdy, is it wacky. Maybe these people are from Rand McNally where they "wear hats on their feet and hamburgers eat people."
