This odd fountain set up in Rome, Italy is the work of Spanish creative person Juan Galdeano who liked to make a declaration that would confidently draw vigilance to the issue of international heating. The fountain was constructed to gaze like it’s sustaining a hatchback Seat Ibiza, when in reality the car is being supported by an elaborate installation.
